The main chemical in chrome ore sand is Chromium oxide and ferrous. 46% purity chrome ore sand is especially suitable for metal & steel & iron casting sand. It works well as core sand, molding sand, chill sand, and facing sand in foundry applications. Chrome ore sand featured high refractory, low expansion rate, and low thermal conductivity. It helps avoid sand sticking and makes better casting shapes.
